About the event
On this day, we pay tribute to our service men and women, especially those who will never return. We offer a space for those overwhelmed by the solemnity of the day to find peace in creating cards for veterans in long-term care and those overseas who cannot be with their families during the Christmas season.
Cards made at this workshop will be sent overseas to deployed service members, or gifted to veterans at Perley Health this Christmas.
